Chairman Retirement
AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, announces that John Rennocks has indicated his intention to retire from his role as the Non-Executive Chairman of AFC Energy, and to step down from the Board, following the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The date for the AGM will be announced imminently.
As part of a succession plan already agreed by the Board, the Company's Nomination Committee is currently in discussion with potential candidates and an announcement on the appointment of a new Chair will be made in due course.
The Board thanks John for his commitment and support since being appointed in June 2017 and wishes him well for the future.
