AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), a leading provider of hydrogen power generation technologies, has received notice that on 6 May 2021, Elaine Sullivan, wife of Mr Gary Bullard, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 40,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence at a price of 55.3 pence per share.
Following this transaction Mr. Bullard has interests in 70,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.00095% of the Company's issued share capital.
