Further to the announcement made on 25 July 2024 and following the close of the AGM, the Company confirms that Sean Finnan, having not stood for re-election at the AGM, has now stepped down from the Board and the composition of the Board is now as follows:

· Hilary Wright - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee
· Mike McLaren - Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee
· Bruce R Lee - Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nominations Committee
