Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy and forestry management business, announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

On 8 April 2021, Mr James Leahy, the Company's Chairman, purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.8675 pence each.

Following the transaction, Mr Leahy is beneficially interested in 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
