Active Energy, the London AIM-quoted renewable energy business focused on the production of next generation energy pellets, announces it was notified on 30 December 2021 that following the completion of the Fundraising announced on 9 December 2021, Tyler Player's shareholding in the Company is 375,940,001 ordinary shares. This holding represents approximately 6.64% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Tyler Player is the principal of Player Design Inc., the Company's EPC contractor for the Ashland facility.
