Results of Annual General Meeting

accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO) announces that at its Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday 16 May 2023 all resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed by poll vote.
