accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ASCO), the premier technology solutions provider for attractions and venues worldwide, was notified on 21 September 2023 that Steve Brown, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 12,500 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 September 2023 at a price of £6.3750 per share; and purchased 500 ordinary shares in the Company on 21 September 2023 at a price of £6.30 per share, both transactions via US OTC markets.

Following these purchases, Steve Brown holds an interest of 1,296,341 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.09 percent of the issued share capital of the Company.
