AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that on 23 June 2022 Mr Tony Best, a person discharging managerial responsibilities by virtue of his role as a Special Advisor to the Board, sold 45,700 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 1094.5 pence per share. In addition, the Company was notified that on 23 June 2022 Mrs Naemi Best, a person closely associated with Mr Tony Best, sold 45,700 Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 1094.5 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Best and persons closely associated with Mr Best, retain an interest in 5,834,707 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 25.79% of the current issued share capital.
