AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Group's financial year ended 31 August 2023, will be held at 11.00am on Wednesday 28 February 2024 at 85 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AE. 

The Group's Annual Report 2023 and the Notice of AGM are now available on the Group's website at https://www.abdplc.com and have been posted to shareholders. 

AB Dynamics is committed to constructive engagement with all of its shareholders and they are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM by email to investors@abdplc.com. Questions should be submitted by 11:00 a.m. on 26 February 2024 and we will ensure, to the extent practicable, that all queries receive a response prior to the AGM.
