AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that on 26 September 2024, Mr Tony Best, Special Advisor to the Board, and Mrs Naemi Best, a person closely associated with Mr Tony Best, each sold 115,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 1950 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Best and persons closely associated with Mr Best, retain an interest in 5,481,207 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 23.88% of the current issued share capital.
