1.   David Hutchison, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), transferred 52,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to Katherine Hutchison, a person closely associated with David Hutchison.

2.   Katherine Hutchison, a person closely associated with David Hutchison, a PDMR, received for nil consideration a gift of 52,500 shares from David Hutchison.

3.   David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

4.   David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

5.   David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

6.   Katherine Hutchison, a person closely associated with David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

7.   Katherine Hutchison, a person closely associated with David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

8.   Katherine Hutchison, a person closely associated with David Hutchison, a PDMR, transferred 7,500 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company by way of a gift for nil consideration to a third party.

These transactions took place outside a Trading Venue.
