Block listing application
The Group announces that it has today made an application to AIM for the block listing of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be used to satisfy future exercises of options granted to long-serving employees under the Employee Share Plan announced on 5 September 2018. The Ordinary Shares represent approximately 1% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
These shares, when issued, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares and it is expected that admission will occur on 28 June 2024.
