Offer for Subscription - Exercise of Over-Allotment Facility

On 11 August 2022 Puma VCT 13 plc (the "Company") published a prospectus in relation to an offer for subscription for new Ordinary Shares of £0.0005 each in the Company to raise up to £40 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £10 million (the "Offer").

Following strong demand for the Offer, the directors of the Company have resolved to exercise the over-allotment facility referred to in the prospectus and, accordingly, the maximum amount that the Company can raise under the Offer is increased to £50 million.
