Intended Non-Executive Director Appointment

Coro Energy Plc, the South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio is pleased to announce the intended appointment of Naheed Memon as a non-executive director of the Company.  Naheed is a dual UK and Pakistani national who has worked extensively across the private and public sector in both Pakistan and internationally.   She routinely rotates between Islamabad, Dubai and London and is Chief Executive of AIM quoted Oracle Power plc.

A further announcement in respect of Naheed Memon's intended appointment to the Board of the Company will be made in due course.
