ECO Animal Health Group plc announces that on 24 February 2023, nominal cost conditional share options were granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP") over 550,953 ordinary shares in the Company (representing approximately 0.81 percent of the Company's issued share capital) to Executive Directors and members of the Company's Executive Leadership Team listed below.
