Dick Steele, Non-executive Chairman
Dick Steele is a director of CBI Realisations 2020 Limited which entered administration on 12 November 2020. A voluntary liquidator was appointment on 21 November 2021.
Michael Knapper, Group Operations Director
Michael Knapper was, at the time of his appointment as a director of Portmeirion Group PLC, a director of Colony Deutschland GmbH, this was omitted from his schedule of current directorships. He was appointed director of Colony Deutschland GmbH on 13 July 2016.
