This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 22, 2023 at 11:30 hours at Islamabad to consider the Half yearly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2022 and for declaration of entitlement, if any.

2.       The Company has declared the "Closed Period" from February 14, 2023 to February 22, 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.

3.       You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
