Board Changes

Prospex Energy PLC, the AIM-quoted investment company focused on European gas and power projects announces the resignation of Non-Executive Director, Richard Mays with immediate effect.  This decision has been made for personal reasons and as a result of other commitments.  As a founder of the company, he remains committed to the long-term prosperity of the company.

Bill Smith, Prospex's Chairman, commented:
