AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g) Update

Hornby PLC announces the following information relating to directors' disclosure under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Oliver Raeburn, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was a director of Aspen Phoenix Newco Limited which traded as Paperchase, from 15 December 2021 to 23 December 2022. This company has been placed into administration, with administrators appointed on 31 January 2023.

Oliver Raeburn was a director of Paperchase Products Limited from 1 October 2020 to 10 June 2021 when this company entered administration. On 1 February 2023, this company filed a notice to move from administration to dissolution confirming approximately £19.3m of outstanding amounts owed to unsecured creditors.
