Change of Auditor

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the letter to shareholders concerning the 'statement of reasons' sent by PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PWC"), as the outgoing auditor, to the Company on 19 January 2023, as required under section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, has been forwarded to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism website at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

As stated in the section 519 letter, the reason PWC are ceasing to hold office is due to the Company appointing another firm of auditors at a lower fee than PWC charged for its audit for the 52 week period ended 01 October 2022.
