Velocity Composites plc (AIM: VEL.L), the leading supplier of advanced composite material kits to the aerospace market, announces that on 20 January 2023, Jon Bridges, Chief Executive Officer, dematerialised his certificated shareholding in the Company and transferred his entire holding of 5,515,929 Ordinary Shares in the Company into CREST, registered in the name of HL Nominees Limited. Following the transaction, Mr Bridges' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged.
