On 27 January 2023, Electrica's Board of Directors (BoD) decided to establish of a new consultative committee within its structure, the Climate Governance and Public Affairs committee, with the following componence:

·    Mr. Dragos-Valentin Neacsu - Chair

·    Mr. George Cristodorescu - Member

·    Mr. Iulian Cristian Bosoanca - Member

Therefore, currently the Board of Directors has established 4 consultative committees, namely: the Audit and Risk committee, the Nomination and Remuneration committee, the Strategy and Corporate Governance committee and the Climate Governance and Public Affairs committee.
