Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 25 January 2023, Albert Ellis, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.5p per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Albert Ellis, has a resulting notifiable interest in 522,407 Ordinary Shares.
