Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, announces it has issued and allotted an aggregate of 53,750 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain employees of the Company following the exercise of options granted under the Employee Share Plan announced on 6 November 2020.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 January 2023.

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital consists of 110,859,545 Ordinary Shares, of which 147,084 remain in treasury.

Therefore, the figure of 110,712,461 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
