TEAM plc ("TEAM"), the AIM quoted wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, announces that copies of its audited annual accounts for the financial year ended 30 September 2022 are available on its website, www.teamplc.co.uk, and from its registered office and it is today posting the notice of its annual general meeting ("AGM") to shareholders.

TEAM's AGM is to be held at 6 Caledonia Pl, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3NG, Jersey on Tuesday 31st January 2023 at 2.00p.m.
