Further to the announcement on 1 August 2022 in which, SDX Energy Plc (AIM: SDX), announced a group of new shareholders, Aleph Commodities Limited ("Aleph") informed the Company on 3 January 2023 that they and partners directly associated with Aleph, have increased their holding to approximately 5.72% of the Company's issued share capital.
