Temporary Suspension of Trading

The Company announces it was unable to publish its interim accounts for the period ended 30 September 2022 (the "Interim Accounts") by 31 December 2022. Whilst preparation of the Interim Accounts is advanced, it was not possible to complete the necessary work in the time available.

As a result, the Company has requested that the Ordinary Shares be temporarily suspended from the Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from today, pending publication of the Interim Accounts, following which the Company will request that the suspension be lifted.

The Company will seek to publish the Interim Accounts as soon as possible. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
