Director / PDMR Shareholding

FDM Group (Holdings) Plc ("FDM" or the "Company"), a global professional services provider with a focus on Information Technology, announces that on 7 August 2020, Andrew Brown (Chief Commercial Officer), an Executive Director of the Company, exercised options over 20,000 shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at an exercise price of £0.01 per Share. The options were granted to him on 19 April 2017 under the FDM Group (Holdings) Plc Performance Share Plan 2014 ("PSP").

On the same date, Andrew Brown sold the 20,000 Shares arising on the exercise of the PSP options for £10.30 per share. 

Following these transactions Andrew Brown's shareholding in the Company remains unchanged at 4,540,801, representing 4.16% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
