Director/PDMR Shareholdings

Ariana Resources plc ("Ariana" or "the Company"), the exploration and development company with gold mining operations in Turkey, announces that it was informed yesterday of the following:

-     on 5 August 2020, Dr. Kerim Sener, Managing Director, purchased a total of 238,439 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 5.50p per share into his SIPP; and   

-     also on 5 August 2020, Mrs Sener, wife of Dr Sener, disposed of 250,000 Ordinary Shares held through her company Aslan Capital Limited at 5.43p per share, and subsequently purchased 11,561 Ordinary Shares, again at 5.43p per share.

Following the transactions as described above, Dr. Sener's total shareholding in the Company will be 19,802,691 Ordinary Shares representing 1.89% of the Company's issued share capital, and remains unchanged from his previous holding.
