Notice of Annual General Meeting and Availability of Annual Report

Distil (AIM: DIS), owner of premium drinks brands Redleg Spiced Rum, Blackwoods Gin and Vodka,  Blavod Black Vodka, Diva Vodka and Jago's Vanilla Cream Liqueur announces that the following documents are now available on the Investor section of the Company's website: https://www.distil.uk.com/investors

-     the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020 ("Annual Report"), inclusive of the 2020 Notice of AGM; and

-     2020 AGM Form of Proxy.

Shareholders who have elected to receive e-communications from the Company will receive a letter or an email notifying them as to the availability of the Annual Report and Accounts on the Company website. Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies of the relevant documents will receive a hard copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and Form of Proxy.

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of ONE Advisory, 201 Temple Chambers, 3-7 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0DT on 28 August 2020 at 11.00 a.m.

To comply with the UK Government's current guidance in relation to Covid-19, shareholders will not be allowed to attend the meeting in person. Shareholders are strongly encouraged to therefore submit their votes, in respect of all matters of business, via proxy as early as possible. They should appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. If a shareholder appoints someone else as their proxy, that proxy will not be able to attend the meeting in person or cast the shareholder's vote. If the situation changes then shareholders will be notified via the Company's website at www.distil.uk.com and via RNS announcement.
