Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 31 July 2020, a notice for a General Meeting of shareholders of the Company ("General Meeting"), together with a covering letter from the chairman and a form of proxy, will be posted today.

Copies of the notice for the General Meeting, and the accompanying documents, will also be made available to download from the Company's website at www.kerasplc.com.

The General Meeting will be held at Coveham House, Downside Bridge Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3EP on Monday 24 August 2020 at 11:00 am.
