Director / PDMR Shareholding

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has been informed that, on 3 August 2020, Graham Blashill, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 5,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 130 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the completion of the sale and purchase, his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 10,000 ordinary shares in total, representing 0.08% of the Company's total voting rights.
