Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Puma Alpha VCT plc (the "Company")

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts of the Company in respect of the financial period ended 29 February 2020 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 August 2020 have been posted to shareholders.

As a result of the current Government restrictions and in line with the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and will be held virtually. Shareholders may not attend this year's AGM in person. All shareholders are asked to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post as soon as possible. Proxy instructions are set out in the Notice of AGM.
