James Latham plc confirms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2020, including the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), has been posted to shareholders and is now available from the Investor Page of the Company's website: www.lathams.co.uk/investors.

The AGM will be held at Unit 1 Swallow Park, Finway Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7QU on 2 September 2020 at 12.30pm.

Due to the current restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM this year will not be open for shareholders to attend in person.  To ensure that your vote counts, please submit your proxy form appointing the Chairman as your proxy.
