ContourGlobal announces H1 results date

Contour Global announces that its H1 results, including the dividend for the second quarter, will be released on 10 August 2020.

Chief Executive Joseph Brandt said: "ContourGlobal has shown significant resilience so far in 2020 as a result of the operational excellence, robustness of our business and financial model, and careful management of risk. We remain on track with our guidance for 2020 Adjusted EBITDA of $710 million to $745 million1 and for our commitment to a 10% annual increase in dividend. We remain in a strong position to continue to return value for the benefit of all stakeholders and I look forward to reporting on 10 August."

1Based on constant exchange rates from 2019 of EUR/USD 1.12 and BRL /USD 0.25, and assuming no prolonged disruption to operations, human resource and to our off-takers arising from the current Covid-19 pandemic.
