Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that, on Tuesday 21 July 2020, Paul Larbey, Chief Executive Officer of Bango, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the capital of Bango ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 138.744 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Larbey has a beneficial interest in 28,297 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the total issued share capital of Bango.
