INTERNATIONAL BANK OF AZERBAIJAN APPLIES TO THE BAKU COMMERCIAL COURT FOR EXTENSION TO RESTRUCTURING PROCEEDING
Baku, 17 July 2020 - OJSC International Bank of Azerbaijan hereby announces that on 13 July 2020 it applied to Baku Commercial Court for a 44 day extension to its Restructuring Proceeding under section 57-11.6 of the Law on Banks (as amended on 12 January 2018) (the "Extension Application") as certain Entitlements (as defined in the information memorandum dated 19 June 2017 (as amended and/or supplemented from time to time) have not yet been distributed to eligible Claimants.
The Restructuring Proceeding is currently scheduled to terminate on 19 July 2020. The Extension Application will be heard at 15:00, on Friday, 17 July 2019 at the Baku Commercial Court:
