Notice of Investor Conference Call

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST), the onshore Caribbean, Hispanic American and European energy and natural resources company, announces it will host an investor conference call on Friday 24 July 2020 at 14:30 (BST), following the Company's AGM, held at 12pm.

The investor call will be led by the Company's CEO, Andrew Dennan, who will discuss Ascent Resources' full year results announced on 29 June 2020, and will provide an update on the corporate strategy. Andrew will then take questions from investors.

The call is open to all existing shareholders, and interested parties can register with Cassiopeia Services by sending an email to stefania@cassiopeia-ltd.com and/or info3@ascentresources.co.uk. Participants are requested to submit questions in advance by 10:00 BST on 23 July 2020.
