1Spatial, (AIM: SPA), a global leader in Location Master Data Management (LMDM) software and solutions, was today notified that Andrew Fabian (Interim CFO) has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22.8 pence per Ordinary Share. Following his purchase, Andrew has a total beneficial interest of 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
