Staffline Group plc, the recruitment and training group, confirms that its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 has been posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting and associated form of proxy. Both documents are now available from the investors section of the Group's website: www.stafflinegroupplc.co.uk.

Notice of AGM

The Company's Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held at 11.00am on 12 August 2020. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Government's restrictions on gatherings, shareholders must not attend the meeting in person. In lieu of attending the meeting, shareholders are requested to submit their votes by proxy, further details of which are contained in the notice. No business, other than the resolutions set out in the notice will be considered at the meeting.

The Board welcomes engagement with its shareholders and encourages those with a question for the Board to submit them (together with their name as shown on the Company's register of members and the number of shares held) to investors@staffline.co.uk.
