PDMR Shareholding

Tribal, a leading provider of software and services to the international education management market, announces that on the 6th July 2020 the Company granted 1,910,000 nil cost options ("Options") over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). The Options, representing approximately 0.9% of the Company's issued shares, were granted to its senior management and employees including certain Persons Discharging Management Responsibility ("PDMR") under the terms of the Company's 2010 Long Term Incentive Plan.

The Options will vest in equal parts over two years and may not be exercised before 30th June 2021 and 30th June 2022 respectively.  The Options will be satisfied by the Tribal Share Ownership Trust.
