Third interim dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2020

The directors of Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company") have declared a third interim PID dividend of 0.99 pence (net) per share for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2020, payable on 10 August 2020 to shareholders on the register on 17 July 2020.

Ex dividend date	16 July 2020
Record date	17 July 2020
Pay date	10 August 2020
Dividend per share	0.99 pence (net)

The dividend level has not changed over the quarter and reflects the ground rent income generated by the portfolio.  Although ground rent receipts are currently in line with the same period during 2019, future dividends will be reviewed in light of COVID-19 and any related impact on net income.
