Director / PDMR Shareholding

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has been informed that, on 3 July 2020, Robert Brand, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.90 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA), the same number of 30,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £0.90 per Ordinary Share. Following the completion of the sale and purchase, his ultimate beneficial ownership is unchanged and remains at 30,000 ordinary shares in total, representing 0.24% of the Company's total voting rights.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
