Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of development and production assets in Texas, US, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 am on 24 July 2019 at the offices of Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London EC2M 5PS.

A copy of the notice of AGM is available on the Company's website and was posted to shareholders yesterday.

Please note, as set out in the Notice of AGM in further detail, that due to COVID-19 and the UK's Government restrictions on travel, assembly and guidance on meetings, Shareholders, their proxies and corporate representatives are requested NOT to attend in person. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy.
