Director / PDMR Shareholding

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 2 July 2020 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by certain of its Directors ("Shares").

Chris Willford, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,000 Shares, and Stefan Barden, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of the Company, purchased 108,000 Shares, at 92.5 pence per share, respectively.  As a result of these transactions, Chris now holds 15,000 Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's total voting rights, and Stefan holds 824,062 Shares, representing 6.2% of the Company's total voting rights.
