Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated with them

The Company announces the following notification made under article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation relating to the vesting of conditional share awards and the acquisition of the underlying shares by PDMRs under the Hansard Global Management Incentive Plan (MIP).

On 1 July 2020, conditional rights to acquire ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the share capital of the Company vested in full and the underlying shares were acquired, as follows:

·      Tim Davies - 50,000 shares

·      Ollie Byrne - 50,000 shares

·      Graham Morrall - 50,000 shares

·      Angela McCraith - 30,000 shares

·      Ailish Sherlin - 30,000 shares

·      Karen Corran - 30,000 shares

These awards were originally granted under the MIP over two years ago, on 26th February 2018, with vesting scheduled for 1 July 2020, subject to the individuals remaining in employment. As each of the individuals is still employed with the Company, the awards vested on 1 July 2020 in accordance with the governing rules of the plan.

None of the shares acquired have been sold, for example to meet tax or social security liabilities. The individuals have therefore retained all of the shares.
