In accordance with rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc (the "Company") announces that, as at 30 June 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 84,483,074 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 84,483,074.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
