CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Directors of 333D Limited (ASX code: T3D) wish to advise the appointment of Ms Sally McDow as Company Secretary, effective immediately.
Ms McDow replaces Ms Betteridge who is taking a period of maternity leave from Boardroom Pty Limited (the Company’s Corporate Secretarial provider). Ms McDow has an extensive background in corporate secretarial and corporate governance in a number of industries. Going forward, Ms McDow will be responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to listing rule matters, pursuant to Listing Rule 12.6.
