Allergy Therapeutics plc (AIM: AGY), the fully integrated commercial biotechnology company specialising in allergy vaccines, announces that pursuant to its block admission facility, details of which were announced on 20 November 2017, it has recently issued 1,117,188 ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in satisfaction of the exercise of share options. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 30 June 2020, the Company has 637,285,804 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 637,285,804.

The above figure of 637,285,804 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
