Important events to be reported: THE EXTENSION OF THE CREDIT FACILITY CONCLUDED WITH BRD - GROUPE SOCIETE GENERALE SA Franklin Templeton Investment Management Ltd. United Kingdom Bucharest Branch, in its capacity as Investment Manager of Fondul Proprietatea S.A. ("the Fund"), would like to inform shareholders that the Fund decided on 29 June 2020 to extend the existing credit facility ("Credit Facility") for another 2 years. The permitted use of the Credit Facility is for general corporate and operational use and has a new maximum committed amount of RON 45,000,000. The Fund may access, subject to the Bank's approval and in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Facility, additional financing in excess of the said committed amount, without exceeding a total amount of RON 100,000,000 at any given time.
